My husband and I have known James and Liam for years, we use their services through our Window and Door Installation business. They have constructed stone built porches, conservatory bases, roofing and numerous customer residential extensions along with office and warehouse buildings. On a personal level I have employed James and Liam for numerous projects at my property to extend my home. I cannot recommend these builders highly enough. In 2013 they built a large extension to our house. At all stages they spoke through the plans, were very clear about costs and listened carefully to our requirements. The extension was finished on time and within budget. In 2019, we needed work on the inside of the old part of the house. This entailed knocking out walls, replacing windows and doors, repointing external walls and sorting out roof issues. Again this was all done with the upmost professionalism and skill. During the work we decided to build an outside office/studio. Design options were drawn up by James and the plans were extremely thorough. We were again consulted at every stage and costs were always discussed with us, a budget was agreed and again this came in as forecast.
In all three projects, work was of the highest standard, workmen always polite and mindful of neighbours and family including our young granddaughter, and no issue was ever unable to be resolved. At one point, the lorry removing earth from the ground works disturbed a small part of our neighbours border. Although this was not a problem created by jandl, they spoke to the neighbour and put the border right within days and actually improved on what was there originally.
Whatever building work you are considering, you should definitely have James and Liam involved – they will do an excellent job.
